I just listened to it again i don't hear 40 at all. In fact, dude saying Mase wrote it makes sense, it does sound like some shyt Mase would spit and Biggies flow is slowed down a bit.

I was high but I was paying attention to his words and his flow and it sounded like something 40 would say to me.
