if we think critically and look at the numbers, about 1/3 of adolescents are at least overweight. so even if they have the idea in their head to get buff, clearly they aren't getting there physically.

It been a problem since I was a teen in 06. Lot of them started off in the bodybuilding forms. Like every couple of months dudes were dying over heart issues from PEDs. Taking PEDs is damn near the standard now in fitness.

Steroids and teens ain't new. If you are at a high school where wrestling is big or football is big, or powerlifting, kids take roids.

I had image issues when I was a teen. Even though I was in shape. The person I saw in the mirror was not who others saw. I got compliments on my abs, my chest, my back and my arms. All I saw was

No definition.

Which is wild because I can look in pictures and see all sorts of definition in my triceps and biceps.

I just don't see it when I look in the mirror. As long as my belly don't hang over my belt, I'm good. Still active.
