Dude built some great defenses for us for the past 20 years, but a lot of his flaws are no longer being masked by Tom, and we saw the results these past 4 seasons:

Really good defenses, but crappy WRs, shoddy drafts, subpar coaching staff hires, and petty/arrogant decision making.

3 losing seasons in 4 years post-Tom, after ZERO losing seasons with Tom.
