My guess is that he might be fired from one of his two jobs, GM or coach, and bring in a true GM.

He's got no goat QB assistant manager like Brady, but he's the defensive coordinator, head coach and GM when he's fat with success. That does not sound like a good combo.

Also, he just signed a new fat contract in the off-season, so it's gon cost a lot. He won't do it without having something really good to replace them with.
