You sound like someone who hasn't experienced much of life, I defy you to spend some time at a retirement home or hospice center. The #1 regret from all of those older folks is "living life for others/not taking enough risk". Bill is an old man who already has grown children, already had a wife, already is a multimillionaire, already had unparalleled levels of success in his chosen field of work. After you conquer all of those fields, there is not much left to do outside of enjoying the fruits of your labor. He's far beyond giving a fukk what strangers think about him and no grown man should concern themselves with that.
