Cosby was a man who embodied respectability politics. White America called him “America’s dad” for God’s sake. Cosby was probably the most respected black man in mainstream white society at one point in time because he wasn’t like the other negroes.He destroyed stereotypical depictions of black folks on the Cosby show. He hBut his whole image was built on the shoddy foundation of respectability politics.
When black folks and other minorities get a good “education” and an upper middle class white collar job and marry a white person and move into a white upper class neighborhood, they get converted to the religion of respectability politics. And the Pound Cake speech was respectability politics 101 for that ass.
But Bill is ultimate proof respectability politics don’t work. They had zero physical evidence that man raped anyone. Zero. He gave women qualludes to come down from coke at parties in the 70’s. Qualludes are not roofies and don’t have the effect of roofies. Bill didn’t have to rape anyone. He was the fukking man.Look at those pictures from the 70’s, those white women were all over him and he looked indifferent.
The Cosby trial is proof that when enough white people say something is true in Amerikkka, whether it is actually true or not, it becomes a fact regardless. This is how white supremacy works. They locked Bill up for allegedly raping white women with no hard evidence the same way they would lock up broke ass Daquan from building 115 on the seventh floor for the same type of allegations with no real evidence except crying white women.Even though he was “America’s dad”, he was still a nikka.
Bill Cosby just got to down on his own youth thats all. and he did as stated present his gripes to the incorrect audience. similar to obama doing it. stop telling well to do black folks/college grad kids about what they need to stop and start doing as if you're talking to corner thugs. its not fair to them who made it out and are trying to do what you're preaching about. which bill realized and adimitted to making a mistake on.
Cosby tried to make his stuff cleaner for all the masses as he grew up. he tried to go the respectful route when it came to everyone. not just whites, but blacks on blacks and blacks with anyone else. thats not a bad idea. there's nothing wrong with taking that approach. you could do that and still admit white supremacy is the MAIN problem while behind closed doors getting at your own people to do better. cause thats all you can do.
as mad as i was at that cosby speach and him sounding like a grumpy old man. was that i could never be too mad at him because i knew what he was ATTEMPTING to do.
making the cosby show, making a different world. he was trying to change us with the methods he could use. he was in the entertainment industry. he knew how heavy perception weighs on people. if they get good looks of themselves in great light(college grads, two professional adult parents, etc, etc. they will eventually become what they see.) even while white supremacy is happening. it will be difficult. but overall they will become better people thanks to those shows/movies, etc.
We know how much he has given to spellman and morehouse. among other black charities. the guy said it, and put his wallet where his mouth was for real. and he still married a black woman.
the answer is nothing. lol. because if you read up on the accusations of each of those women that took that huge photo spread. you would realize many of them were not even accusing him of sexually assault. so it has you thinking he's being accused by 50 women of him drugging and raping them when that wasnt the case at all. thats #1. #2 you will realized most of the accusers if not all of them came back for 2nds and 3rds. that right there to me gets your case kicked out. doesnt mean cos didnt catch you slipping. it just means i can't trust your testimony that he caught you slippin THIS time. its as if those women told the 100% truth. they woudl've had to admit that at some point in time they were cool with taking drugs and having sex with bill, just not that time he did it. i think thats more of the truth then what we were told by them. so in that meaning, he is guilty of it. but not like most people think. and there's no way those ladies would've admitted to the fact that they agreed to it at some previous time because if they did, that would've invalidated their other claim at least in a court of law. since there would've been no way to prove it.
He didn't drug the chick he was accused of drugging. It was benedryl. He's literally in jail based on a deposition that wasn't supposed to be used criminally.
Chicks don't know the L they received Nikkas are gonna start moving like Trump fukk settling out of court Countersue until the chick runs out of money.
Even Lisa Bloom ain't gonna wait ten years for a civil case to go to trial.

You'll reinforce Cosby needing to be in jail in an attitudinal way, but ignore a 100 other white men who did the same thing and are still running free.
Again, not saying it's right. Not saying he shouldn't be punished....but everybody should be. If ones guilty, they're all guilty....if one isn't, then none are.
But it's like OJ, if he killed those ppl that's really bad....but there's also thousands of black people dragging along the bottom of the Miss. River who were killed for just being Black. So I'm not gonna go too hard on OJ, nor Cosby b/c their skin color is mainly what's at play.
