I've seen stories where declining health has been used if not to get someone completely out of prison, moved to a low security facility. What purpose is there to put a partially blind elderly man in a Max security prison system .
I hope his lawyers get him out of this situation. Not saying he shouldn't be punished for what he did but this surely falls under cruel and unusual punishment .
