At the end of the video they kind of skimmed pass a very important point, that his lawyers are trying to appeal do to 11 errors made by the judge? 11? 11?? Is anyone hearing that?????
And what ever happened to him? I recall him being everywhere for a quick minute after her threw Bill under the bus, but then I heard nothing.
Thanks for the update bc I genuinely don't be knowing what these white-approved comedians be up to.He had a Jay Leno type show right after this all started but it was straight trash and got cancelled after a couple of episodes
He's not that funny to me and it seems like most ppl feel that way so he's kind of been out he lime light after getting major exposure
I didn't know Hannibal was a lawyer too, how was he able to reopen a case that was legally settled?

ReseteraSimply saying ur skeptical of the guilty verdict is enough to get u banned on some forums
@Deacon Fryeyeah because ONLY white women accused bill, model Beverly Johnson...i want all racists to be behind bars but this board swears anytime somerhing happends to a black man,its to bring him down, fukk rapist bill cosby
What he's saying though is that the deal he was offered to settle the civil case and waive his 5th amendment rights was coordinated with criminal prosecutors. They used the statement that he gave drugs to women to nail him, not actual proof of rape.unfortunately a lot of people are outraged based on misunderstanding of basic legal concepts. there is a difference between civil and criminal cases. a civil settlement will not prevent a criminal charge (ultimately, its up to the state to bring charges, not a victim) and a criminal acquittal will not prevent a civil lawsuit (see OJ murder case where he was found liable in the wrongful death lawsuit even though he was acquitted of the crime). in this case, he had a civil settlement, but that didn't prevent the state from charging him later on. i guess a lot of attention was brought to the case when hannibal brought it up so the state decided to pursue it.
that's pretty basic in criminal cases. every convicted person has a right to appeal (unless they knowingly plead guilty) and that process necessarily involves pointing out any and all potential errors at trial.
