But what makes this worse is how Cosby has got on Black people for allegedly not valuing education, and the only reason he has ANY degree is because he's famous. Shyt, he couldn't even make it out off high school.

Bill Cosby been a c00n. That's why I didn't understand why black people were defending him. He definitely has showed his ass to black people in recent years. Remember when he did the NAACP event and he was criticizing black people for giving their children African names because they didn't know anything about Africa. He said some more stuff, but I don't remember it. I read it in an article a few years back. He really doesn't have my sympathy.

He failed 10th grade 3 times? Yeah that was dumb. But he was a kid. Who knows what his situation was like. Did you know he worked full time, with jobs before and after school, as well as lettered in 4 sports during high school? All while at an advanced magnet school? If he went to high school 20 years later they would have just passed his ass like they do most athletes nowadays.

Also, he has an EdD...not a PhD. Theres a difference. Its still a Doctorate. Do we know how many people receive masters and doctorates either via online, or thru an extended studies program? His case is nothing special, people do it all the time. He even wrote a 142 page doctoral thesis, just like all students have to do.

Instead of trying to denigrate his educational achievements we should be applauding his resiliency. No one else in show business gave a shyt about higher education. Bill Cosby was out there promoting it, and even pushed himself to achieve. I'm sure his path was easier than your average student....but it doesnt sound like it was any easier than your average rich person.
