Cosby damn near built nbc. Since when does the media give so much attention to allegations without proof... Bryan singer got a bunch of boys saying he raped them and the media ignores it while he is out making xmen movies.

Nah, that shyt got kinda big.

The difference:

1. Singer disappeared. It was right before the media push for the movie started, so the studio didn't have him do any interviews, any appearances, didn't mention him at all.
2. Bill Cosby was still making appearances, so of course this shyt will get brought up, creating more stories. Dude's management thought it would be a good idea to put out a meme generator after this shyt broke
3. Singer's accuser eventually dropped the case or it was dismissed because statements he made contradicted some shyt he said earlier regarding where he was when an alleged incident took place.
4. As of now, except for the dikkinson shyt contradicting with her book, something like that hasn't happened.
5. Cosby is a household name, been famous since the 60s.
6. Cosby had a show in development and a special coming up, those can easily be scrapped.
7. Singer's movie was weeks away from release, hundreds of millions went into making and promoting it, that shyt's not getting canceled.
