Gruden maybe but I don't think Cowher would be. If nothing else, Cowher is an absolute beast with talent evaluation. The Steelers just reloaded every few years with him at the helmI think they'd be exposed if they came back.

Yet cowher couldn't win it all until he got a controversial win against the cards(if i remember correctly there were a few terrible calls).
People might as well be clamoring for Marty Schottenheimer to come back then.

Yeah he got to a bunch of AFC championships (I think 6 or 7) and 2 SB's.. but only won 1. That was the big criticism on him, he played that Marty ball in big games. To his defense, he never had a QB that had any business winning shyt until Ben got there.
But at pretty much every position other than QB, Cowher consistently had good players. I appreciated that about him
