Jon Gruden is an overrated POS, he knows if he comes back he'll get exposed again. Literally has had every job under the sun available for him and he declines. fukk Him :rudy:

Gruden is overrated as fukk, he knows if he came back he would be exposed for being the overrated mediocre coach that he is.

That 2002 Superbowl, was Tony Dungy's team

Goatganda the pearl of Africa
make high 6 figures/7 figures free travel, 5 star hotels watch a few film, interview shine on tv once a week and that's it?

or those long 14 hour days plus, devising schemes, watching game tape, checking with all your cooridinators and players

hmm which one would i choose

Gruden maybe but I don't think Cowher would be. If nothing else, Cowher is an absolute beast with talent evaluation. The Steelers just reloaded every few years with him at the helm
Yet cowher couldn't win it all until he got a controversial win against the cards(if i remember correctly there were a few terrible calls).

People might as well be clamoring for Marty Schottenheimer to come back then.

Yeah he got to a bunch of AFC championships (I think 6 or 7) and 2 SB's.. but only won 1. That was the big criticism on him, he played that Marty ball in big games. To his defense, he never had a QB that had any business winning shyt until Ben got there.

But at pretty much every position other than QB, Cowher consistently had good players. I appreciated that about him
