I'm an anti-state type of guy. I don't believe in the concept of prison. When someone does something wrong they should be reformed and turned into productive members of society. Only very few people are pure psychopaths.

And if they can't be reformed, or are not interested in that? And I don't think someone who refuses to follow the law is necessarily a "psychopath", meaning there's a segment in between - those who are not psychopaths, but yet can't be reformed or are not interested in it. What is your answer as to what to do with them?

When will the government have to take responsibility for its role in the destruction of black society?

In a perfect world, the government would have already taken responsibility for it's role in the plight of black society and have made major steps to repair the damage. But we know we don't live in a perfect world. And it's damn sure not even a fair world to black people, so I think it's pointless to bring it up. We know that this system was set up for our failure. So the last place we should expect help from is the very people who set up this system in the first place. It's up to us to help us out. Nobody else is going to.
