nikka I'm on the other side of 35......... I grew up with cats who were a lil older than me that started dabbling with hard drugs at 15/16...
Now with that being said, they weren't violent offenders.... just sad junkies....
But to think that in places like New Orleans, East St. Louis, Memphis, Miami-Dade, etc..... that there weren't teens doing hard drugs between 84-94, then you're playing yourself.... I know most of the cats on here that talk that black community shyt grew up around mostly whites.. but damn..... Most people start dabbling with alcohol and drugs in high school..... You got lily white high schoolers hooked on that BOY.... but its unrealistic for a black teen in the 80s and 90s to be hooked on crack......

I have never seen or heard of nikkas doing hard drugs in they teens. Maybe sniffing coke but never smoking crack

Sadly at this point it's pretty much guaranteed Hillary is gonna win this. She doesn't deserve a pass from us. Or her husband anymore. Even though Bill admitted his three strikes law made the damage to the black community already worse and increased incarceration numbers, he did nothing to reverse the trend. Hillary doesn't have a good record amongst black America either and her history of foreign policy is disgusting. If elected, it will create tensions between the black community and them cause they know deep down they are indebted. The more younger generations read up on the Clinton's, the less passes they will get.
When Bill was in office, we didn't know what they were about cause we didnt' have the info we have now available. Honestly a Hillary Clinton presidency may be the final undoing of the Clinton legacy. They will not be seen the same way as we saw them in the 90s. Nope. Too late for that now.

The sad truth is they really are. Trump hasn't even had the opportunities to give us the hell Bill and Hillary already did and even though Trump is a racist SOB he never had influence outside of his own business empire to fukk over black folks. The clintons signed laws, intervened in various political inferences that had a long lasting impact on generations.
