Hes right but the companies are protecting themselves. Aint nobody trying to pay millions or lawyer fees because two employees wanted to have sex. Then somebody gets pissed when things dont work out and does something stupid. Or men wanted to shoot they shot at women underneath them.
Also yes no longer means yes according to the laws. You have to also make sure to verify why the woman is saying yes to be in the clear.
