Be confident. Stop fidgeting around and showing his damn teeth like a little boy in front of the damn principal. That dude is awkward as hell in general, but when he gets around white media he turns into this shy, stuttering little kid.
:what:

He can't laugh and smile at the jokes ? Should he have been mean mugging the set the entire time, like :birdman: ?

Niqqa's are not beholden to their skin, if they dont feel like doing something they dont have to. :birdman:

You also dont understand the nature of why things are f*cked up, cause if you did, you would know how little they could really do to help it.
:heh:

how is it that Harry Belafonte and Muhammad Ali and all those other black entertainers/athletes who went hard in the 50's- 60's...accomplished all this shyt, but people today with hundreds of millions of dollars are powerless to stop anything?

you mean to tell me that the dude who made all of rap throw away their jerseys, cause he said they weren't cool anymore....is powerless to fix anything?
if regular everyday people banding together in their own neighborhoods can make a difference, why are people with large amounts of wealth helpless?

Never said he is powerless, just that he isnt obligated... and he isnt :manny:

This idea that people should be what we want them to be is silly.

I tried to raise awareness about Tom Ford being a homosexual and asking the question as to why Jay z was cosigning him and repeating his name over and over again in his music. Of all the designers. Jay couldnt even use his platform to promote some up and comers in the community but instead chooses a millionare demon. Sadly, when i raised this awareness i was attacked and accosted by @The Nigerian for being some form of angelic bigot. Its so demonic friends.

It doesnt help that Tom Fords suits are ugly and too tight fitting. Also, they look low quality. Like a suit someone wore when they were in 9th grade and tried to put on in their 30's. :heh:

he always seems very awkward around white people. Cheesing, laughing and speaking softly trying to look non- threatening. Disgusting.
Do you want him to wild out and start breakdancing or what? To sound like he does when he's rapping :smh:.
The dry-humor, the laid-back style has always been his shyt whether it's on the breakfast club, cnn or one of these talk shows. The only place in which he's "disrespectful" is with his old friends Flex or Angie or maybe even in general anyone on Hot97. They also conduct the worst Jay-z interviews.

Dude has always been super laid-back to not come of as arrogant as he is, if he was like he was in rap there would be at least 50x more cocksuckers complaining about the way he talks.

That's not what he said tho, he said that current black entertainers have turned their back on social responsibility.

When the Occupy movement was in effect, you had dudes like Cornel West at protests, and getting arrested cause he knows corporate america went too far and killed the middle class........... you know what Jay did? wore a shirt that said " Occupy All Streets" to make some rocawear money :rudy:

This current generation of wealthy blacks, mostly use their influence to make money and do nothing more than that....hell, you can't even get them to say some real shyt, cause they're worried about their corporate sponsors and how it'll affect their endorsements.

It didn't backfire at all, cause now we have an open public forum to discuss how more and more elite blacks aspire to be Michael Jordan and less like Magic Johnson and Michael Jackson.
The Occupy wallstreet shyt is one of the things I respect most of his latest "political positions".

nikkas were poor forever, always fukked by the higher-ups and on. While we were saying these things BUT shyt was going smooth as fukk for cacs, cacs were saying :childplease: America has the greatest and most fair system and corp systems of all times. Now the white people got into some trouble and all of a sudden American Corps was the worst. Jay said well, we've been fukked for ever, took the unsafe decision to officially say that he wasn't fukkin with all that and if you wanna occupy anything occupy all the streets.

And made money of it, the same way cacs taught us to make money of peoples "misery".

He's a business man bro. All he cares about is money. Therefore, I'm not surprised. I just don't want to have fake outrage because i expect things from this guy. I don't know his stance on social issues so I can't call him out for not taking my side on them. How can you ask Jay to take a stance against corporate america, when he's part of corporate america? Dude knows where his bread is buttered. And he keeps selling whatever product he can to whoever will buy it. He's the embodyment of what these "evil" corporations are. Nobody asks Pepsi to join these movements, (and yes I understand how it's not the same, I just wanted to be extreme to make a point) because Pepsi needs that shytty capitalist cut-throatedness to keep making money. And so does Jay.

All I'm saying is you can't ask the guy that's been telling you that all he cares about, essentially, is money and status to all of a sudden be a philanthropist. Even if he did, it's a lose lose for him. Look how dudes on this board shyt on Oprah when she said people that say ****** can't be her friend. She got called all types of "c00n" "sellout" "bytch" for that... but these same people will say she doesn't do enough. When does it end?

Jay-Z's lack of study on The Beatles is detrimental to his creative abilities, also the intro Maher gave him was to let you know that 'he knows' what's up, "he's not only a business man, he's a business man and he also DABBLES in rap"

Maher knows it's all an act for branding
