That's not a briefcase that's a pencil box with a transformer, pcb board and lcd screen inside of it, look at the ac plug next to the pencil box to see it size. Also if this kid was in handcuffs and the school and police thought this was a bomb, why wasn't any of the students evacuated out of the school, where was the bomb squad, why did everyone stay in a room looking at it. To me it seems like they failed protocol and everyone should be fired.
