The report shows obstruction.
The report shows people in Trump's campaign attempting to work witb Russians.
It shows Trump's campaign members willing to and actively seeking information stolen by the Russian government and attempting to spread it for their gain.
It also showed they were pretty good at covering their tracks and staying on code.
Trump was never going to be arrested by his DOJ nor was his appointed Attorney General going to arrest the man who appointed him.
There's more than enough for impeachment.
Dems jud have to decide to pull up.

I think people harshly and dramatically criticizing Mueller or the OSC report are just not that familiar with federal investigations, and Department of Justice laybrinth of bureaucratic policy, and had unrealistic expectations.

It's too late to move on. You don't get to call a president a traitor for two years, paralyze him entirely for his first year, appoint a special council, and then say "never mind". There are revelations coming that are so bad for the Democrats, media, and intelligence community that they're going to wish they never heard of Russia.
Democrats would be wise to get to the bottom of the scandal before the election, and prosecute wrongdoers harshly in order to disassociate themselves from the perps. Time is running out.

There's already multiple KNOWN tax evasion scandals involving Trump .
Plus there is already KNOWN business associations that Trump was lying about.
And he's done everything possible to hide the returns.
