Maher is delusional. We always knew Mueller wasn't gonna prosecute the president and was gonna simply lay the case out to congress.

But the real problem is Mueller said congress can impeach if they want to instead of saying congress should impeach. Now we gotta waste getting time Mueller to a hearing like the whole fukking case hasn't already been laid out for them in the report.

This is why I really respect Warren for calling for impeachment right after she read the report.
