I feel like it's hard for us to make progress collectively when we are always interrupted and stifled by white supremacy and injustice.

We need our own spaces to have new generations grow up with pride and respect, confidence and dedication to the advancement of our culture and race. Yet whenever we have that it is raided, bombed and/or pillaged by racist barbarians.

So yes, we need to police and protect ourselves from the enemy who surrounds and outnumbers us.

We are literally fighting for survival. We need to remember who the enemy is. Remember not to trust the white media and it's use of propaganda. People get comfortable and forget the world we are living in. All these unfortunate events should serve as a wake up call and we should rally together.

When is the last time we REALLY tried that though

The last time we've been bombed was 1985 as far as I remember.

We can start today, I'm sure there are lots of groups, schools, community centers that are doing good but to make an great impact we need to work together and support each other. We can create a credit union, schools, mentorship/apprenticeship program etc. it doesn't even have to start big. Start small and then we can merge as long as we have the same goal.

Giving back to and building up the black community should be the focus.

its all rooted in economic inequality and no opportunity. you take that away from people they have no reason to cooperate. why would people follow the boring system if theyre broke and it doesnt look like any more money is coming in

we all know if dudes weren't out there selling drugs there would be extremely little money flowing in the hood. and we know drug trade is helped by the cia

so what I know is they WANT us broke and selling drugs. then the people try to take away the meaning of this mans life because he sold drugs.......even though theres a system set up to ensure we have people like him. The problem once again, is the "system" (i hesitate to say the gov. because I believe different parts of the government have ENTIRELY different goals/leadership than others)

If the people want a chance i think we need to start with educating them. Since people work so much that we need a way to educate that is quick and easy, but effective

I think we need a campaign of high budget educational youtube videos aimed at middle aged people

o reilly should be happy, black people got rid of the white prosecutor, some guys killed a guy by breaking his neck and the black prosecutor charged them and now everything is back to normal and we can wait for the judge or jury to make their verdict

so white people policing us is better? We need more strong black groups in our community that have our best interest at heart, because our interest is of like mind working towards a single goal. Who do you think these black mayors, police chief, presidents report to not us.
