The government can reach out to your isp and they'll be able to put together a picture of your browsing history.

while the government may be able to access some information about an individuals online activity via their ISP, the notion that they can easily assemble a complete picture of a persons browsing history is not necessarily true. people use multiple network connections(residential internet, mobile, internet at work and other wifi networks). multiple people can use a a single internet connection. VPN's blinds ISP's to a users browsing activity.

I think making porn sites as inaccessible as possible will save a lot of people in the long run. If you have to verify your identity you will think hard about some of the shyt you watching

tbf I was googling naked WWF Divas when I was around 9 or 10 years old, not 5 but still far too young. That probably didn't do that much damage, but the kids that age today have access to hardcore porn in 4K.

parents cannot monitor their children 24/7 and kids have a way of figuring their way around parental controls. I know I did. I don't think it's doing any harm if the state is trying to have the barriers there as long as the verification system is legit. like i said, i wouldn't be trusting XXX HAMSTER or some shady ass third party service they contract with with my identification, but if it is something through the state or service that is truly reputable, I don't have an issue with the law existing.
That 24/7 shyt is a piss poor take because that's impossible to even do even when your outdoors, but you can relegate and dictate what your child searches and watches. Like I said all this is because parents are too lazy to actually patent and look to government officials especially religious zealot government officials to big brother them not knowing that there is an ulterior motive behind it.

Also don't be surprised if this becomes a test run for when they go after music, film and video games (in which like porn, they have a history of going after) and the same retards on here and Social Media jump on those officials dikks and cherry picks on why it's a good thing.

Not to mention at 9 and 10 those are the ages kids start to get curious about their bodies and the functionality of them.

don't the countries with porn bans have the worse attitudes towards women and high sexual assault rates?
