It's amazing that Simmons would actually think people needed to hear his thoughts on the game before Jalen Rose and Doug Collins.

However, when the ESPN NBA staff practically begged you to join the desk this season, met all of your demands and in their eyes, had you on equal footing with a legend like Magic Johnson, then you start to believe what they've made you out to be.
