I dont know what depleting depth you're talking about. Its Love for Wiggins straight up, with maybe a throw-in on each side. Free agents will follow Lebron anywhere he goes, especially alongside the other two. Defensive problems or not that's a better team than Miami can put on the floor today and is instantly the best team in the East.
Nah, I don't think free agents will follow LeBron everywhere, the Cavs had a lot of trouble signing people when LeBron was there. The Heat can get people because of the lack of state income tax, and it's Miami, yeah they want to win but the weather and no tax goes a long way to helping their decisions. When LeBron was there Cleveland was ready to overpay for Ariza, he picked the Rockets, they wanted Artest, he picked the Lakers, Michael Redd, Joe Johnson etc. etc.
I wouldn't even do Wiggins for Love, he's a good player but he needs to be on a team with defenders all around him where as Wiggins has 2 way potential. Like @The War Report said, you can't have Kyrie and Love on the same team and expect great results on defense. Pretty much any team in the East + LeBron would be the best in the conf, but whoever comes out the West would eat them.
