He was likable when he first came on the scene, he seemed like a regular dude who made it, but in larger doses he just comes off like a pompous jerkoff who attempts to position himself as superior to whatever situation or person he's speaking on. He also has very little charisma and stage/screen presence, and worst of all he comes across as a little weasel.
