Put it like this, you can tell the history of rap music fairly easily without the Neptunes contributions to hip hop

I would have had Paul & J in the Top 15 of my list. On the list they have, I would've omitted Noah "40" Shebib and put Paul & J in that #17 slot where they had him.

JD would've been 20-25.

I like Dilla's production, but never was big on his sound enough to put him in my Top 10. Probably would have him Top 15.
