On here, if you're not having six certs, six sigma, six series, six PAWGS, six figures at 30 you lost and you should kill yourself.

not six, but seven

Again, he did not say this. He said, "If you're still POOR at 35, it's your fault". Where did he say in that article about if you don't become rich, you're a failure?

Cats need to learn to read and digest. People used to only hear what they want to. Now they read it too :martin:

If people think he said rich by 35, you can't save them. You tried.

Yea you should not have nothin to your name at 35, the fukk were you doin your entire life up to then? Unless you did 10-15 straight then you have no excuse.

But at the same time the world isn't designed for everyone to be at the top or even close to it, years ago when I was in college my business professor said straight up "somebody has to clean these floors or work at McDonald's".

To be honest the majority of people I've known to be dirt, dirt poor without shyt where mentally ill and hypes / winos

Oh look,

Another rich piece of shyt blaming the poor for their problems as he likely bands together with his rich friends and politicians to make sure they can get away with as many crimes or change as many laws as possible to increase their wealth.

I'm always weary of these "millionaire gurus" who give advice. I read alot of books/articles and there's nothing I can't stand more than finding out one of those cats acting like they came from the mud were really silver spoon faggits. I damn near threw Tim Ferris' book in the garbage after I saw he grew up in the Hamptons. GTFOH. I was wondering how he was doing all these things at a young age, traveling here and there, doing this and that, fukk outta here rich boy :heh:

They all act like they did sumfin and ain't did a damn thing.

I agree but, only somewhat. He started Alibaba and it became a success around that age (mid 30s) thus, he's using his own life as a basis :childplease:

People progress at different rates. Life is a MARATHON. The nasty burgers you eat at McDonalds, well, that made Ray Kroc a billionaire and he started it at 52. Sam Walton was old as fukk when he started Wal-Mart. Vera Wang didn't design a single dress until 40. John Paul Dejoria was a broke divorced middle aged man living in his car by 35 with $700 to his name. Look up his net worth now though. According to Jack Ma, all those people should have shot themselves for being broke past a certain age. No breh. Not telling people to be bums. Not telling people to believe in fantasies that they can make stupid decisions all day and be rich in the future. I'm simply saying if you aint where you thought you were supposed to be at a certain age, so what? Yea, you fukked up but, that's spilled milk. Now do better and keep progressing. The average person lives to 80. We start our working lives roughly around 20. Theoretically, we can work until 70 (if we WANT). That's 50 working years. At 35, you still have about 70% of your working life left, thus, nowhere near done. If you worked until 60, that's 40 years and at 35, you still have more than 50% of your working life left. To be feeling like it's over then is silly.
I'd rep if I could.

:salute:

He's right.

I'm not 35 yet and based on what I'm currently doing, certainly won't be poor at 35. Not even poor now.

But if somehow I'm 35 years old broke as fukk, I'm gonna be looking at the man in the mirror.

Don't have to be rich at 35, but being 35 and poor is :scusthov: have to had made multiple bad decisions to get there.

Being myopic to opportunity
Looking down on opportunities
Lacking understanding
Failing to act quickly enough
“You are poor because you have no ambition.

“Ambition is living a life of great ideals; a magnificent goal in life that must be realised.

“In this world, there are things that are deemed unfathomable, but there is nothing in this world that cannot be done. The depth of one’s ambition determines the potential of one’s future.”

Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd. and Founder Jack Ma As Company Files for U.S. Initial Public Offering of E-Commerce Giant

Ma then lists all the reasons why someone would still be poor at 35 along with a strong dose of the reality of being successful:

“You are poor because you do not have the desire to become successful.

“You are poor because you lack foresight.

“You are poor because you cannot overcome your cowardice.

“You are poor because you lack the courage and determination.

What's really cool is seeing all these points in the last thread about grown adults still living with their parents now being seen as bad points in this thread.

He was skruggling to get a job at KFC breh. He hardly got any kind of head start.

Not everyone is going to be a billionaire. But being born and educated in the US is damn near a lotto ticket. Imagine being a kid in Syria or North Korea right now. So shyt's not perfect but if u can't make it happen here :francis:

00000000000000000000000000029537Didn't see luck or luck of the draw on his list. Plenty of people have ambition to step out there on faith and start businesses, only to see them fail a year later. The truth of the matter is the one and only thing in common most people is they have luck on their side. Decisions and hard work play into success, but if you never get that luck break then you will never have it. Its that simple. This guy is a prick that thinks he did it by himself and no one helped him and yada yada yada. While he did work hard, he is full of shyt to boldly state some of what he states.

To say if you don't have anything by 35, not a car, a place to call your own, not even clothes to put on your back, then yes that is your fault. But to say if your not rich or "poor"...that's one hell of an arrogant stretch.

Its really not breh. Unless your born rich the odds of you becoming a million are like one is 1 in a 100 million. Mostly because the opportunities people think are granted in other countries are simply over exaggerated and not really available. The whole purpose of the American dream is trick people into believing they can be millionaires. But in all honesty, they short people of good education, good resources to escape poverty, and the know how to actual be entrepreneurial. Americans have more freedom, but its a delusional freedom. The ultimate goal it keep the rich richer and make more and more poorer and poorer under the guise of free market, which is just code talk for greed and assholish behavior.
