Someone with a billion and change could literally give his friends half of what his money generates via interest and it would be on par with what a professional team's salary cap is.

I was reading about David Tepper yesterday. He made $4 billion dollars in 2009. $2 billion dollars in 2012. And another $2 billion dollars in 2013. Until yesterday I had never heard of him
