Unlikely. Teams typically don't hire two time losers as head coaches. In addition, Rex took over for Marrone who had the Bills as a top 5 defense and they had like 50+ sacks and they completely regressed under Rex. He's not even good anymore at what he's supposed to be good at(though this is more an evolving of the NFL into a short pass league, those exotic blitzes Rex likes to run the rest of the league has caught on how to defend it). This also doesn't take into play the general undisciplined nature of his teams.
