I said this in another thread but the Bills had maxed out with Sean McDermott and he couldn't really take them any further. But the GM should have been shown the door too.

don't think it's his fault that Allen shat the bed the way he did or even the Cook fumble.

honestly, also not convinced that Allen with another coach alleviates the issues we saw today

He did a good job in buff...buff was terrible before him & josh

I think McDermott did good overall because he made playoffs every year and won at least a game each year with the exception of the Houston Texans game when Texans had Watson (that was Josh first playoff game I believe).

The problem is McDermott and Allen just fell short so many times in the playoffs.

I really thought this year would be the Bill's year and was predicting them to win a close game in New England just like they did their second meeting in New England this season.

I agree about the GM and it's criminal how the Bills never drafted a receiver in 1st round to compliment Josh.

Josh was the main reason why they lost on Saturday but Buffalo isn’t getting rid of him so the coach was next on the chopping block. Get someone who can tell him to stop doing dumb sh1t and fix other areas on the team. This was the Bills best chance, they piss on themselves during the moment and ownership realized that a shake up was needed.
