I think the whole 'offensive minded' thing is way over blown.

OC vs. DC minded coach doesn't matter. What does matter is do you have a stud QB [pause] that can show up in the playoffs.

Outside of this prior year, Tomlin's teams were top-10 in defense year in and year out. I mean- how else do you explain making the playoffs with backups and castoffs?

I would hope he's had game changers on defense, steelers invested most of their drafts on defense

the bills had to shake things up. mcdermott has done a good job but you can't be content. the biggest surprise of this is the GM getting promoted during this process. i don't think he's done a good job building that roster up and should've been gone too.
