Bills have no good quarterbacks.

I was listening to a Bills beat writer on Sirius NFL radio yesterday. He thinks EJ may be out of the league next year

I think he'll get a backup spot once or twice and could challenge for a starter's position in time. Ultimately he's probably done in Buffalo. He simply doesn't have the accuracy or football IQ to make it as a starter.

He kept harping on his accuracy being the worst out of the 3 qbs at practice

:blessed:this is GREAT to hear. not that most of us didn't already know it. But I need the QB's in Buffalo to be trash considering they are pretty strong everywhere else.

fukk if they ever got a qb...:mjcry:

His ball placement at FSU was problematic at best and poor at worst. There's nothing glaringly wrong with his mechanics either so it's not clear how he's going to improve his accuracy outside of markedly more practice and game time. At this point it's probably best to cut bait and try to draft a QB with more natural accuracy like Kessler or Goff.

The Bills should just start Tyrod Taylor and run a Seattle-esque offense. Run the ball, play ball control and task Taylor with making big plays. Tyrod is actually a better athlete than Wilson and has similar arm strength, though he's less accurate in general. He needs all the reps he can get. Rex was not the best choice for the Bills imho.

no excuse, Bridgewater was drafted 32nd 2 years ago. Flacco was like 20th

they could have gone after a number of sleepers over the past few drafts and have chosen not to do so. you dont need a top 2 pick to get a QB you can win with, i just dont understand why theres no one to develop. one is their pick, one is a career backup (Tyrod was NOT Vick-like at VT) and Matt Cassel's terrible. thats on the GM

Worse thing about the Cassel trade was he failed the physical and the Bills stupidity still passed him :snoop:, I wanted the Bills to get Matt Moore, although not great, he could've been a good stopgap guy until whoever QB they draafted in 2016 was ready. Like I said, my expectations for the Bills aren't as high as most (experts or fans), I know half-retired Kyle Orton be average most of last season, not trying to see Matt Cassel do the same this season.
