Getting that INT TD called back, settling for a FG, and then giving up a kickoff TD at home is a horrible sequence of play. Texans gotta do better.

Backup QB, have three timeouts (just used one), and don't want to give the Bills the ball back with much time.

Finally, a team using their timeouts efficiently. Too many teams would have just tried to line up there and burn too much time off the clock.
