Extremely rare. I listed possibilities in an earlier comment. A danish soccer player collapsed and had a heart attack 2 years ago. CPR administered on the field for a minute or two and survived. Marc Vivian Foe had a heart attack on the field damn near 20 years ago an died. With soccer players they generally gave an underlying condition. I’m surprised this hasn’t occurred in American football tbh. Tragic situation.
