It's not concussions. It's the hip injuries. He really can't scramble half as well as he did in college.
He doesn't fine them for being late to meetings, gives them the day off practice if they're not feeling it. He's like the boss that closes the office and takes everybody to the bar at 3pm on Friday. Miami is usually top 3 in the player's survey, they don't wanna lose their country club.

That was a weak ass penalty, that’s some shyt you can almost call after every play
It was beyond awful.
That wasn't a situation where the defender was suplexing the QB, slamming him to the ground, or doing anything too much after the whistle. He was trying to make the tackle and let up, and the Bills OL was pushing him. Absolutely disgusting call.

You know it was a horrible call because Allen cries after the play more than ANY QB in NFL history (Far more than Brady and anyone else you want to name), and he wasn't even crying there.
That looked like it was a very catchable ball for Tyreek.
