One classic album to his name but he never was in cobains league

:comeon: He's got 2 bonafides and Gish is close

Lane Staley was more talented than both to me

No.

Layne was a better singer, but Cobain & Corgain wrote AND played guitar and sang classic joints.

Best pure singer out of them

That would be Chris Cornell

Cause you would say no to Tila tequila? :dahell:

Yes, she aint all that. Just some random Filipino hoe

Siamese Dream is a classic but Mellon Collie is similar to Life After Death classic tracks but too much filler

MCIS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Life After Death

Life After Death is a Puff Daddy record for half of it. MCIS just runs out of gas at the end

When I bought his last good album, Machina, I was still thinking WCW might turn it around:merchant:

I love Smashing Pumpkins, even some of their recent work, but I'm still not sure if this is going to make me check for TnA, so nothing probably ever will.

yes i agree Chris Cornell is maybe the best pure vocal talent in rock i was saying between those guys Layne was better singer

yes i agree that Cobain & & Corgan wrote AND played guitar and sang classic joints.wrote

but Corgan always was pretty bad lyrically when you broke down his stuff it was very corny and overly sentimental and he didn't have great a range as a singer
i felt Cobain made a bigger impact in every single area and plus he died before he started to make shytty music unlike Billy

you can say

MCIS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Life After Death but i felt both were close to classics but had too much filler

gish was a great guitar album and corgan is extremely underrated guitarist but it wasn't a classic

Kurt had three albums that are universally regarded as classics

Corgan was asked about what he wants in a new TNA style. He said he's old school and there are some incredible X-Division talents but you have to build from size down. There's something about the law of the jungle that says the bigger guys should win and explains how a talent like Abyss can do a lot and help others get over in a way that smaller talents wouldn't be able to do.

Makes perfect sense. Smaller guys will always be underdogs so beating them does very little for their opponent, whereas a smaller guy beating a big guy will put them over immensely. So to tell the best stories the bigger wrestlers should be at the top of the food chain.

I feel ya.

Corgan's lyrics have always been sophmoric but his ability to shred and make great sounding rock are off the chain. He has made about 4 records that were only half brilliant

Cobain was more consistent on his albums though, that's true.

Bleach, Nevermind, In Utero, and the Unplugged record are all bonafide classics

So, I'll give you your props on this one

While I agree with his stance on vanilla midgets in general, I'm shocked he used Abyss as an example :what:

I guess cause of where Abyss is at these days it makes sense cause didn't they use EY beating Abyss to kind of push him to the main event last year? Beating Abyss will still look good for the smaller guy because he's a big guy, but it won't really have any negatives cause Abyss ain't gonna be a main eventer again so who cares if he loses. Where if EY had beat Lashley instead it would of made Bobby look like shyt losing to a former comedy character.

Yeah, but isn't this what they do with Kane and Big Show in WWE though?

I mean, after watching both of them lose to every small guy on the roster, we're sick of them as fans and just don't buy them as main eventers anymore because they pretty much always lose.

Big GOAT got more heat then most heels on the roster , you may be sick him but the live audience isn't
