Bink! on Juan Ep: Talks Blueprint and more

Half the Juan Ep podcasts have them when the guest comes in halfway. It's frustrating. The Phonte one Phonte was only on for 5 mins or so. I don;'t know why at least one of them always has to leave. They should set the podcast up where they aren't a hurry. They don't need to be Joe Rogan 3 hour marathons, but shyt at least an hour or 90 mins with each guest would be dope. Especially when you're trying to cover 10-20 year+ careers sometimes.

True. The issue, i believe, is that they dont work with each other anymore. So it makes it hard as far as schedule. Rosenberg has his ESPN shyt, Ciph does his comedy shyt. I'm sure they dont see each other as often either, which makes it hard to have more interesting topics beside "so what have you been up to?".

But i agree. I've kinda been losing interest in Juan Ep.

I can only imagine if 2pac was alive what would've happened.

fukking random ass name. As if 2pac went around beating radio DJ's on the reg, or as if he's the prototype for a gangsta/street cat in the industry or some shyt. Weird example. Maybe you're a 20 year old tho & so i have to charge it to the game.

One of the realest things Bink! said was that shyt about the game being full of fukking copy cats now. Worst part being that it doesn't seem to be nothing wrong with it. That shyt takes away from the originality and creativity, imo.

This was good, sucks they only got about 30 mins with him but a lot of jewels dropped in that time. It's easy to call someone bitter in situations like this but he makes some really good points. Can't deny that Just's sound definitely changed after Dynasty and You Don't Know and even December 4th are in the same vein as 1-900 Hustler and You, Me, Her, Him

they book at a certain time... and then the guest doesn't show up until 30 minutes late... and then that time don't get extended.. the studio has some other shyt to be doing or the hosts got some shyt to be doing.... and time is up

Another let down fukk up of a podcast I don't know why I keep listening to Juan Ep. It's just habit over the last 6-7 years of downloading and listening. At least back in the day they had fun/interesting eps when they didn't have a guest. I remember them having a whole Ep of Cipha guessing BPMs and then getting all nerdy about DJing and random shyt. Now they just ramble on with complete crap them bring the guest in for 20 mins. How about after almost 10 years you use some of your experience to fukking book a guest with some time to spare in case they get caught in traffic or how about you just stay as long as the fukkin interview takes and then chop it up. It's like this shyt is run by fukkin 12 year olds

You need to stop having the same expectations of them as when they only had a radio show to do.

Rosenberg and Ciph don't work together anymore and both have stepped up in their creative fields. Appreciate they even make time for this.

For the vast majority of their time doing this podcast they were recording in a room at hot97 because they both worked there plus they had mad artists coming there for any number of reasons

yea but that time is over now... and they still do record at hot every so often... but instead they gotta rent out time.. sometimes you'll hear them rushing the time and it's never longer than an hour.. which tells me they have set times in these places.. cause one time it's at hot.. the next time they marveling at a new studio.. the next time they laughing at where they are recording
