Not really sure what qualifies as acceptance but I never had a problem being mixed aside from a couple jokes in elementary school/high school. Never felt shunned or any of that shyt.

Why?

I just didn't feel comfortable with him on a cultural level. He was one of those biracial kids who was abandoned by his Black father and raised by his White mother and her White family (there's so many of these types out there)so it seemed like he tried to overcompensate by trying to be super Black by dating only Black girls, going to an HBCU, super militant...I also don't want to deal with white relatives had the relationship led to marriage. I wanted a full Black family with no racial confusion by anybody.

Nah Fr tho i think it depends where they were raised at. Most of the mixed dudes i know are cool as shyt. They don't see any reason i wouldn't see them as my bro, so i don't see any reason not to see them as my bro.

But every now and then i'll meet a mixed dude who grew up around white people. Dudes like that are always really focused on race. And they'll come around black people and try to be cool or whatever, but i notice most of their close friends tend to be mixed, puerto rican, or asian. And i don't like dudes like that cuz like i said they bring up race too much. I knew one who tried to tell me all dark skinned guys are kinda ugly but can still pull, but every single black women is ugly and they smell like shyt. Cut that nikka off.

Like someone said earlier, I experience shade from all directions but I identify with black the most. Most of my close friends are either black or some type of spanish... and if they're another race they kick it with black people


It's usually the southern ones that be on that "lightskin" shyt... and I'm talkin them bama type nikkas. Or I get some jealous ass nikka who I got to watch because he gonna try me in some type of way. Everyone else rarely brings it up

generally speaking i consider mutt brehs mixed with caveman related to us but not authentic black...i never clicked with a halfbreed breh like that..infact i've had better relations with Hispanic or Hindu and even a pure blood cacs(when i was a kid an before i became conscious)..then again i'm picky with whom i associate with in general so i don't fukk with alot of nikkas eitherspeaking of this subject though it disappointed me when i found out the dude whom played Bruce Leroy was a zebra and not really black.
