I have no problem w/ mixed people claiming to be mixed race. There are various degrees to the purity of blackness, those who are darker being closer to the original black race/ original human race. The problem is, when you look at it from that perspective many see the beauty in pure blackness, and the shame that comes knowing they have been thoroughly diluted.

Those people aren't black. They are MIXED. So yes it’s racist. You are following the white supremacist ideology. What about that you don't understand? The one drop rule was created to keep the white race pure. Black African blood is viewed as a contaminant. One drop of black blood will make it impure and turn the whole thing black. That's the basis behind the one drop rule. It’s racist.
