Here is the issue I have with this statement.
Let's say women carry the culture for sake of argument.
However, in most homes the men enforce the norms and also act as father figures. Women usually only push their culture as much as the home allows and it varies. Also, let's not claim most Black folks of either gender in IR marriages are super militant on average. I know some that do a great job on instilling Black culture but they are the minority I think.
		
		
	 
BW use the faulty logic that since women usually spends more time rearing the child, then the kid will be automatically identify with his mother's culture more. However, this is in fact rarely the case in real life. Black women who have biracial kids rarely raise kids that identify with their black side more than their other side, simply because they live in a household where the head is a non-black man, who most of the time have no desire to raise "pro-black" kids. BW want to act like growing up with a non-black man leading the house will have no effects on how the kids will develop

Only time when it might happen is when the non-black daddy is a deadbeat and never interacted with his kids, and even then it's not a guarantee depending on the mother's mentality.
