I don’t understand why people make this kind of this public.
A part of dealing with trauma and healing is letting go of it, talking about it openly. It's just therapeutic. It's a sign of healing when shame no longer rules you. It's also a way to help others who deal with similar shyt. Usually helps someone else figure out they not alone dealing with a similar situation. They then start their own healing journey.
Don't ever let shame overule you. I shared really personal shyt on here openly for the same reason, corny posters to throw it in my face not understand that I can only talk about it because im passed it. This type of understanding only comes with experience. It looks weird from the outside looking in but again that's just shame. Shame is a prison if you don't learn how to navigate it. People looking at it like she spilling family secrets are missing the point. Talking helps her and other like her. The point.
