I don't get this situation at all.

If the terms are outlined in a contract, this should be an open and shut case for Wayne. Sue Bird and make him pay through the court system.

You can have a contract but if stunna get you to settle, he wins..
If i owe you 10million and you settle for 6 because you tired of paying for lawyers, than thats a victory for me..

First of all there's to many barriers to get thought

1. Universal has to ok the album & make sure the money is sufficient for them

2. Birdman has to do the same thing plus he's fitting the bill for the most part

3. Wayne has built to many barriers but there's validated reasons to build those barriers & stand on them

So all in all this still falls in birdman's lap & he can be the only one that can fix it

Unless of course wayne falls for the okie doke again
