So if you go through this site their is actually a thread that has a pdf of Wayne's entire lawsuit against Cash Money...
In a nutshell...Wayne has a GREAT deal on paper...Cash Money is just not honoring anything in the contract...why Wayne and his lawyers can't get something done is anybodies guess...
Well...one of the reasons is that according to that pdf Cash Money owns all of young money's songs...in the contract i believe it was stated that ownership would be split but when wayne lawyers started looking into it cash money name is on everything and young money name is on nothing...

Wayne probably signed a dumb deal and didn't read the fine print. Otherwise this would have been dealt with years ago rather than just crying in the media all the time.

The entire lawsuit goes way beyond who owns what...there was stuff that cash money had agreed to do for young money that they weren't that had nothing to do with who owned what rights to music...
For example anytime cash money had to spend 300,000 or more for anything young money related they were supposed to get waynes approval, per the contract...they didn't...and then they would turn around and charge wayne for spending money that wasn't supposed to be spent in the first place unless he said so...stuff like that has nothing to do with who owns what portion of a song
