I will take a crack. It releases the music as an exclusive mixtape and Wayne gets paid via dividends from ownership in tidal.Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if Wayne's lawyers did the Tidal deal on purpose, so as to force the legality of Wayne's contract with Cash Money to come into question.
I'm SURE it's highly usurious.
Anyway, yeah.....if Tidal's AND Wayne's lawyers made this move without doing their requisite due diligence, I'd be shocked. CLEARLY they think they have a loophole.
