I think MIke is a good teacher, he got the 49ers ready for Harbaugh. I think he can create a great hard nose culture, don't know if he can get you to the next level.

I wish there was ablack owned version of a league like this, where Hue Jackson, Marvin Lewis, Rahemm Morris, Vance, and etc could get the chance to coach freely and more importantly bring younger black coaches into the fold
