So this is what they are doing with putting teams together, makes sense about the rosters now.

Each team is assigned schools from their region and NFL teams to pick from. Our team (Memphis) was assigned all of the Tennessee schools, Mississippi, and LSU and a couple of NFL teams. Birmingham ham got all of the Alabama schools, and Mississippi State for their talent pool.
