I'm saying that a SPECIFIC police department commited a SPECIFIC racist act, and you blame a completely different police department (Miami PD is not the same as Miami-Dade PD, the city of Miami is a completely different city than Biscayne Park and they don't have jurisdiction there). But you want to blame another one and say they are all the same.
In a way you are relieving Biscayne Park of direct responsibility by saying "all white people do it, why single them out?
