They already starting. My first job was inspecting houses for a real estate broker, 3 years ago. I was strictly inpsecting section 8 homes and a large part of my list(maybe half) was in Desoto/Lancaster/Cedar Hill area.

They really tryna turn the suburbs where cacs dont live or moving out of into ghettos, none of them have bus lines or any real jobs.
