Had they approached her to discuss the best care options for her child, then it would be different.
Not saying she'd agree to hand over custody, but at least she'd be informed. They could have come to an agreement to ensure Emani is kept close to the family.

Regardless, I completely understand what you are saying. But when there are custody issues, two different women with his children (one of whom Lauren London has a different child by a different man), things start to get muddled. I'm not saying being married and having a will is a bad thing. I'm saying in this case it might be best that his brother handle it because he is impartial in regards to the welfare of all of Nipsey's kids because I'm sure he loves his niece and nephew equally/appropriately.
