Even if it passed, it would get appealed to the highest level. You can’t ban articles of clothing but you can restrict them to certain places. The naked cowboy in Times Square who only has tighty whiteys on can be outside but he can’t enter a chipotle without a shirt and shoes on per health orders. It’s a public safety risk.

You can wear them in public but they should be taken off when you enter an establishment. I don’t want to be a customer worrying about if you about to rob Wawa or stick up someone outside.

I would tell him that those masks make the wearers look like criminals and to not be a follower.

Matter fact, as long as he's under my roof he better not be caught with one.

The recent EXPLOSION of these masks has been spread by rap music (they're literally called sheistys....a rapper) and is rooted in criminality.

Sucks for everyone wearing them for legit reasons but that's just a fact.
