I think the frustration stems from not being able to have both a BLM flag, a french flag and a kenyan flag over your profile pick. I mean seriously, I can only stand for one thing at a time.
:lolbron:

Lot of people showed their ass this weekend too. They just used the tragedy to repost Paris vacation pictures :snoop: The way I see it if you dont care about the countries ISIS has destroyed, or the people who also died in Kenya and Lebanon on the same day, then just keep quiet. This social media era is the worst. People get killed in a terrorist attack and our first question is "what about me" lmao

Behind You
The media has to stop making articles out of 4 tweets
The problem is that what may be a minority of people tweeting this stuff is going to be used as concrete proof to further the right-wing's mission to invalidate the entirety of BlackLivesMatter. And I guarantee that it will become a point that is brought up by more than just FOX News pretty soon. Don Lemon will do an entire week on it on CNN, the GOP will bring it up during their next debate and then it will become a question posed to the 3 Dems running for president but framed in a way that calls on them to denounce BLM.
And it is all so counterproductive too because no one who felt the need to post about France's history of butchering colonization has ever said one word about it before this terror attack happened. So why do it now at a time that only makes you look like an a$$hole?

It's narcissism cloaked in empathy.

Why? It generates interest in the appropriate news outlets, thus generating more revenue and potentially more profit

Why do you hate Capitalism?
I admire the way folks with agendas against us use the media to consolidate their power and control the public conscious. We should be more like them :wow:

Thanks
I see this too on my FB, the irony that they discover NOW that a terrorist attack happened in Kenya like 7 months ago :francis:

That just proves their point. The media and other news providers (blogs and internet) are quick to report the terrorist attack in France but we arent provided one news story about a terrorist attack in Kenya.
