I'm saying your name may not be the end all be all but definitely part of the equation.

Say you got a white name. But live in a high back population. Your sister has a black name. You work in a field a lot of black people work in. You clicked the African American box in some government census or gov. Job you applied to. They know what's up.

The IRS always gets there man. I filed exempt for a couple years. Next thing I know,they took all the money out of my bank account right before the holidays. And that was a long time ago,so I imagine they move even faster with the algorithms and analyticals on their side.
